Training Progress

Things are progressing really well, I am getting stronger and faster. The program that Jack from Fast Trax has me on is pretty intense.

I ran a 15km simulation run on Sunday and completed it in 92 minutes. I am feeling really good that this will help me get to my goal of a sub 2 hour half in 8 weeks.

Update my blog today, which is obvious if you've been here before, or no big deal if you haven't.

I have some things noodling around in my head for later this year, hopefully I will be able to just get at it and be able to announce it later in the spring.
