Decent interval workout. Intervals done at 3km race pace. Looked easier on paper than it actually was. Shins were feeling pretty bad.

I've gone for 3 physio treatments now for my shins and the pain isn't subsiding at all. I've even been trying to ease up on my pace. The first two physio treatments consisted of ultrasound and some stretching recommendations and the most recent one was ultrasound followed by acupuncture.

I have another appointment booked for Monday but I think I will cancel it. I bought a roller massager tonight for $22, less than half the price of a physio visit, and I can administer it myself after every run.

It is 4 weeks until the Edmonton Police Foundation Half Marathon and I am sticking to my goal of sub 2 hours. It is a hilly course so it will be a challenge but I am feeling confident that God will strengthen me and give me relief from the pain in my shins.
