MapMyRun.com - Cardio - Bike: Interval + workout on bike on 03/27/2010
A decent workout this morning. I sweat alot which is good and being on the bike definitely worked my quads more than running usually does.
My shins are in a world of hurt so I know I will be on the bike quite a bit until the pain eases, then probably to the elliptical until they feel perfect.
Its only 4 weeks until the EPF half so I don't want to lose any of my fitness. This will be a challenge to get ready for but I'm pretty sure I will get there. Besides, with a week in Hawaii in the middle of April, my body should be well rested.
